01. Introduction
Here you will find the privacy statement of Outvance. It describes how your personal information is handled that are collected by Outvance. In this privacy statement you will read everything about the way personal information is collected and how it is handled. It explains where and for what purposes your data is stored. In addition, you will find here all your rights regarding your data and how you can use your rights. The privacy statement will sometimes be changed. For example, by changes in the law. It is therefore advisable that you consult the statement periodically.
Outvance is a facility contact center. Outvance advises and provides multichannel customer contact on behalf of clients. Outvance is based in Bergen op Zoom. 02. Information we collect
We collect data for the following purposes:
Contact us; your information is collected when you contact us via email or a contact form on Outvance’s website. Information we collect includes: name, email address, telephone number, company name and message.
Sending newsletters; Outvance sends newsletters aimed at knowledge sharing. Your first name and e-mail address are collected on a registration form on the Outvance website. Each newsletter contains a link to unsubscribe. In addition, you can unsubscribe from the newsletter by sending an e-mail to info@outvance.com.
Google Analytics; the website of Outvance collects your data to improve the website. This is done with Google Analytics. This data is anonymous and is not linked to your personal data. This includes information such as the duration of your website visit and the pages you have visited.

03. Storage and management of data
The data that Outvance receives and generates are managed by means of:
Savvi; the website and backups are hosted by Savvi. Information you leave behind on the Outvance website is stored on Savvi’s servers.
Your Hosting; the domain name and e-mail are hosted by Your Hosting. If you contact us via a contact form or via e-mail, the e-mails concerned are stored on the servers of Your Hosting.
Mailchimp: newsletters are sent with Mailchimp. When you sign up for the newsletter, your e-mail address and first name are stored in a list at Mailchimp.
04. Storage period data
Your data will be kept by Outvance for a longer period of time, but never longer than necessary for the execution of activities. Unless we are required by law to keep your data longer.
Storage time contact requests; if you contact Outvance via e-mail or a contact form, the data you send will be stored on the mail server. These data are stored for a maximum of 2 years.
Saving period send newsletters; your first name and e-mail address are stored in Mailchimp. The storage of your data is for an indefinite period until you unsubscribe from the newsletter.
Storage period Google Analytics; the data that Google Analytics collects on the website are anonymous and are stored indefinitely within Google Analytics.
05. Security
No physical copies will be made of your personal data. Your data is managed in the mentioned systems and software. Your personal data managed by Outvance or third parties are only accessible through the mentioned software and are password protected. The devices that open your data are locked with a password or fingerprint. In addition, your visit to the Outvance website is secured with an SSL certificate. This means that your connection to the Outvance website is private.
06. Your rights
You have the right to have your data recorded and stored at Outvance. You do this by sending an e-mail or by contacting us by telephone. Have your data changed or are your data incorrect? You have the right to have your information rectified by Outvance. Your details for the newsletter can be adjusted via the appropriate url at the bottom of each e-mail. If you no longer want your data to be registered with Outvance, you have the right to have your data deleted. You can make use of this right via info@outvance.com with the sending of a copy of an ID-proof in which the passport photo, the numbers at the bottom of the passport, ID-proof number and BSN have been made illegible.
You have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Personal Data Authority if you believe that Outvance is not handling your personal data in the correct manner. This can be done via this link.
07. Obligations Outvance
Outvance processes your data based on a legitimate interest. You can think of offering services and products of Outvance by e-mail, telephone or in a personal consultation. Your data will never be sold to third parties. Your information that are required to deliver are the necessary information for offering services of Outvance, such as your e-mail address and telephone number. If this information is not provided Outvance cannot offer the service. If it is necessary to share your information with others (for example, to offer a service), then your consent will be requested.
Outvance reserves the right to disclose your information when legally required or Outvance believes this is justified to comply with a legal process / request or to protect the rights, property or safety of Outvance. We try to respect your right to privacy.
