The telephone service is available from Monday to Friday. You choose the times when you want to forward calls.

You pay a subscription per month and a rate per minute for ansewering calls. Billing is based on the actual handling time with a minimum of 1 minute per call.

Instructions

Employees are instructed and a telephone script is created with all your data and instructions.

Execution

You will be given a personal phone number to transfer. When a call is made, employees know immediately that there is a call for you.

Reporting

After each call you will receive an e-mail with all the details. You will receive a monthly report with all calls.
